Not to make up exscuses,I'm going to list the facts. Like were the people aware of schools having TRY-OUTS for their intramural team in the beginning of the year and having practices 4-5 times a week with an official coach. Or did the people know that schools can give out scholarships since they dont have a school team...hmmm in comparison to Cash Money who had lets say 5 practices total with ourselves before the tournaments we played.Or do the people know that they have weight training as well.but its not to make any exscuses because we flat out lost.Maybe things will be different next year. As to Prime Time...How many years did it take for the CO-REC football team to win the national championship? Is it Like 8,9 or is it 10? Something around there old tymer but hey maybe we can take part in the co-rec nation |

By no means am I comin at you angry or defensive but if you knew me personally, you'd know that I always remind my team that UConn is just practice and we do practice throughout the year to get ready for nationals. No one's makin excuses for losing, hell we just got beat, it happens. I'm just tryin to make sure it doesn't happen again next year. We'll be back next season workin harder and more determined. Not sure if you guys are all comin back next year but if you are good luck and hope you guys bring home a second national title. |

You guys have it a little better, because basketball has two national championships, which means more opportunities to grab a national championship. There is no need to make excuses for losing. | Comments: | Just some words of advice, you will never when an intramural national championship without practice, role players, and more practice. The competition level at Uconn will never prepare you for nationals, nor will any northeast regional. If guys aren't committed enough to show up for campus games, then practice is out of the question. You guys are beating teams on talent and skills alone, but that isn't enough at nationals(as you have already witnessed). The teams that put in the extra hours of practice are the ones that will always end up on top. Trust me. I've been where you are at and I've reached where you are trying to go. Everyone says that they are committed, but those are only words. My advice for next year is to have an open try out, put up flyers, and let them know right off the start, you miss games or practice..your cut. Use the campus games as practice and nothing more. Leave the northeast regional alone, all it does is waste time, travel down south or out west to a mo |

| Comments: | Sorry to here about your recent defeat, but when giving information regarding the tournament, please be a little more accurate. You guys didn't lose in the semi-final round. The results are on www.nirsa.org and Cashmoney was far from the semi-finals. You guys lost two tough pool play games and were permitted to participate in the single-elimination tournament without a win..You managed to squeak by your first opponent, however was defeated in your next game(in the round of 16)..Semifinals would consist of four teams..You would have had to win to more games for that to happen!! Just giving the facts for your fans. I give it to you guys, you had a pretty good season/career for some of you. Campus Champion is a great accomplishment, that not too many people can claim. And you guys took it a step further and obtained a regional championship. That is something that many teams across the campus only dream about. As far as a National Championship..you have to be a realist at some point |

The game was atrocious and a discrace to the team name. As captain I must take a lot of the blame because while I was yelling and playing hard I should have provided more concrete instructions for each player to follow. In the past each player had the skill and pride to take it upon themselves to elevate their game when the time came but now I find ballers who just want to brag and not put in the work to back it up. | Comments: | From what I have heard, I understand that Cash Money does pretty well on campus and at surrounding regionals. But being one of the best teams on the east coast is o.k if thats what you are shooting for. Its all about being #1 in the land. When you win nationals(which I hope you do), all the other tournament and campus scores won't really matter. The only thing that will matter is the feeling that you get when the clock runs out and you realize that you have just won the National Championship, and no one can ever take that from you....
